Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription in one click. You keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period, then your account returns to Free.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Changing plans is prorated instantly, and the difference is charged or credited automatically.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?
Yes. Prices include VAT. At checkout we calculate the correct VAT rate for your billing country automatically.
Does Lifetime really never expire?
Correct. One payment gets you unlimited Pro access for as long as EB Tutor exists, including future Pro features.
Do you offer refunds?
