EB Tutor is an AI-assisted study tool for students in European Schools, Secondary 1 to Secondary 7 (S1–S7), preparing for the European Baccalaureate. It helps students practise past-paper style questions in their language section, in the style of the EB marking scheme.

EB Tutor is a study aid, not a substitute for official European Baccalaureate resources, syllabi, examiners, or teacher guidance. AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, out-of-date, or incorrect. Always cross-check important answers with your official course materials and your teachers.

You must be an enrolled or prospective European School student, or an adult acting on behalf of one, to use EB Tutor. If you are under 16 (or the applicable digital-consent age in your country — this can be as high as 16 in several EU member states), you may only create an account with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. During signup we will ask for your date of birth and, if you are below the threshold, for a parent or guardian's name and email so that consent can be recorded.

Accounts are personal. You may not share your login, resell access, or use EB Tutor to provide paid tutoring under a different brand.

EB Tutor answers are designed to help you learn. Submitting AI-generated content as your own graded coursework, homework, controlled assessment, or exam response may violate your school's academic integrity policy. Responsibility for how you use answers you receive from EB Tutor sits entirely with you. When in doubt, ask your teacher what is and isn't allowed for a given task.

• Free tier — a limited number of questions per day, one subject.
• Pro tier — unlimited questions, all subjects and all years (S1–S7), saved question history, photo upload of past-paper questions.

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of VAT calculated for the customer's country based on the billing address you provide. If you change country, VAT on future renewals is recalculated accordingly.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your personal data — your account details, saved question history, uploaded photos, and billing information — is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and handled per our separate Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use EB Tutor to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload images or documents that contain the personal data of anyone else without their permission.

EB Tutor is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular grade outcome, exam result, or level of tutoring quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and without affecting your statutory consumer rights, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of EB Tutor is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you by email or an in-app notice before it takes effect, and where required we will ask you to accept the new version.
